To avoid any confusion regarding online orders, store pickup, promotions, returns, and exchanges, we would like to clarify that the Vape X Online Store (vapexxx.ca) now operates independently from physical retail locations.

Vape X Online Store Operates Independently

All orders placed through vapexxx.ca are managed and fulfilled by the Vape X Online Store team.

Physical retail locations are operated separately and do not have access to Vape X online orders.

This means:

• No In-Store Pickup: Orders placed through vapexxx.ca cannot be picked up at physical retail locations.

• Separate Pricing: Online prices may differ from prices offered at physical retail locations. Price matching between online and in-store purchases is not available.

• Online-Only Promotions: Promotions, discount codes, and special offers available on vapexxx.ca apply only to eligible online orders unless otherwise stated.

• Separate Returns & Exchanges: Returns or exchanges for online purchases must be arranged directly with the Vape X Online Store customer service team. Physical retail locations cannot process returns, exchanges, or other requests related to online orders.

No Store Pickup for Online Orders

Please note that Store Pickup is no longer available for orders placed through vapexxx.ca.

All online orders must be delivered using one of the shipping or delivery options available at checkout.

Vape X currently offers Canada-wide shipping, with same-day delivery available in eligible GTA areas and next-business-day delivery available for eligible Montreal and Quebec City orders.

Return & Exchange Policy for Online Orders

If you would like to request a return or exchange for a product purchased through vapexxx.ca, please contact our online customer service team first.

If your request is approved, our team will provide the appropriate return instructions and return warehouse address.

Please do not bring online purchases to a physical retail location for return or exchange. Retail locations are unable to access or process Vape X online orders.
