The Online Store and Retail Locations Operate Separately

Vape X Online Store (www.vapexxx.ca) and the Vape X retail stores are operated independently. This means:

• Different Pricing Policies: Prices may vary between the online store and in store locations. We do not offer price matching between channels.
• Exclusive Promotions: Discounts, promotions, and offers on the online store are exclusive to online purchases and do not apply in-store. Likewise, in-store promotions are only valid at the retail locations.
• Separate Return & Exchange Processes: For purchases made online, all return and exchange requests must be processed through our online store team and shipped to our warehouse. Retail stores are unable to accept or process returns for online orders.

Return & Exchange Policy (Online Orders Only)

If you wish to return or exchange a product purchased through vapexxx.ca, please contact our customer service team first. You will be provided with detailed instructions and the return warehouse address.

Please do not bring online purchases to retail stores for return or exchange. The retail locations cannot process or handle online orders.
