Vape X offers multiple shipping options to customers across Canada.

Standard Shipping

• Orders under $49: a flat standard shipping fee of $10
• Orders of $49 or more: standard shipping is free
• Estimated delivery time: 3–9 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and carrier service.

Express Shipping – Same/Next Day Available

• Orders under $99: a flat express shipping fee of $20
• Orders of $99 or more: express shipping is free

Estimated express delivery times vary by region:

• Greater Toronto Area (GTA): Order before 11:00 AM on a business day for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be delivered on the next business day.
• Montreal / Quebec City Area: Order before 11:00 AM on a business day for next-business-day delivery. Orders placed after 11:00 AM will normally be delivered within 2 business days.
• Ontario regional deliveries: Approximately 1–2 business days
• Other Canadian provinces: Approximately 3–5 business days, depending on the destination

Order Processing Time

Please allow approximately 1–2 business days for standard and express parcel orders to be processed before dispatch.

Eligible same-day and next-day local delivery orders follow the cutoff times listed above.

All processing and delivery estimates are based on business days. Orders are not normally processed or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Delivery delays may occur due to severe weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, high order volumes, natural disasters, or other circumstances outside our control.

Vape X Same Day & Next Day Delivery

• Order by 11:00 AM on a business day in the GTA for same-day delivery.
• Order by 11:00 AM on a business day in the Montreal or Quebec City area for next-business-day delivery.

Orders of $99 or more qualify for free express shipping. A $20 express shipping fee applies to orders under $99.

For GTA orders placed after the 11:00 AM cut-off, delivery will normally take place on the next business day.

For Montreal and Quebec City orders placed after the 11:00 AM cut-off, delivery will normally be completed within 2 business days.

Same-day and next-day delivery are subject to order confirmation, product availability, courier availability, weather conditions, and other operational factors. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next eligible business day.

After a successful order placement, the system will automatically send an order confirmation email.
